It’s 10:23PM and I just finished up the last bit of editing I will do tonight. I’ve had so many ideas running through my head today about photography. Committing to the project 365 was a good one. Trying to narrow down which sites I will post on was another necessary decision. There’s just too many to keep up with them all.
In case you missed the post for Day 1, you can follow along my 365 journey on here, of course, on Facebook, Pinterest and Google+. I’m also participating in some of the specific themes at Capture Your 365, so if you are familiar with them, you can catch my photos there as well. That is it though. Twitter is doubtful, as is any other social media platform.
So, now that all the technicalities are out of the way, how about some photos?
The matte b&w certainly captured her mood.
Day 11. Shelby & I missed church today because she is still running a fever. She was a trooper and let me take some pics even when she didn’t feel well.
I slightly overcooked them, but that’s nothing new. lol!
By mid-afternoon the icy cold was surrounding the house and I remembered the blueberry biscuits Sam bought by mistake. Well, that mistake turned into a perfect snack for our lazy-Sunday afternoon.
Her blue eyes were a perfect fit for this white theme.
The two girls & I finished off the night with a fun little photo shoot in the living room. Theme: White. I needed something white for the CY365 theme for today and this white scarf was it. Not very creative, I suppose, but we got a fantastic new portrait of our niece for our family photo wall.
At the end of the day, I’m reminded why I’m doing this. All these precious and beautiful moments that would so easily be forgotten or never even happened at all (like an out-of-nowhere photo shoot in the living room at 8 o’clock at night). I ❤ my family!
Have a blessed night and see ya tomorrow.
